Rocket off the line, take some time off your favorite road loop, and try to contain your excitement: You're on board Masi's Gran Corsa. Stunning power transfer, speed, and handling come courtesy of Masi's double-butted aluminum frame, and the Masi Elite carbon fork takes the sting out of the roughest blacktop. You'll soar up the climbs on the feathery DT Swiss rims. And when the road starts to descend, you'll have powerful Tektro brakes to keep things under control. Shifting duties are handled by the 11-speed Shimano 105 drivetrain, a setup known for fast, easy shifts, while Ritchey components and a Masi saddle cover your contact points for season after season of wonderful riding.

Wanting to begin training for a triathlon but knowing nothing/zero/nada about road bicyles, I tried a few entry level models, but tested this one after seeing it on special and immediately noticed how much lighter and smoother it felt--it was that obvious! For the price it was a great deal considering I don't foresee having any component envy anytime soon with the mid-level parts this thing comes stock with.
